Parra & Ropero International Advisors LLC is a privately held U.S. company jointly founded and managed by:
• Virginia Albornoz – Managing Director, petroleum engineer and international business consultant with extensive experience in project development, technical feasibility, and global investment strategy.
• Ligia Parra – Co-Founder and Principal Advisor specializing in corporate risk, insurance, and reinsurance structures for energy and infrastructure clients.
• Luis Felipe Ropero – Co-Founder and Senior Advisor focused on legal, financial, and regulatory consulting for multinational projects.
Together, the management team brings more than 90 years of combined experience across the upstream, midstream and downstream energy sectors, international project finance, risk mitigation and insurance, legal and corporate advisory.
